or features made available on the platform (the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
and keep your details up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
credentials and for all activity under your account.
GibBid reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse,
fraud, policy breaches, or risk to users is reasonably suspected.
Listings, Auctions & Purchases
The Platform enables sellers to publish listings and conduct auctions.
Buyers may place bids or purchase items subject to listing terms.
- Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions and condition notes.
- Items may be sold “as-is” unless stated otherwise.
- Buyers must review listing details before bidding or purchasing.
- Collection and handover must follow agreed procedures.
Government & Public-Sector Listings Disclaimer
References to government or public-sector auction categories are
illustrative only.
Unless expressly stated, GibBid does
not represent or imply
any official affiliation with the Government of Gibraltar.
Where such listings appear, they will clearly state verification
and authorisation details at the listing level.
User Conduct
You must not use the Platform in any unlawful, misleading, fraudulent,
or abusive manner, manipulate auctions, or interfere with other users’ access.
Fees, Payments & Taxes
Any applicable fees or commissions will be disclosed at checkout or
within listing details. Users are responsible for applicable taxes
unless stated otherwise.
Disclaimers & Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GibBid is not liable for
indirect or consequential losses arising from transactions between users.
Changes to These Terms
GibBid may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the
Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
